The URls just contain information for the BBCiPlayer plugin. Your
iplayer URLs have the HLS stream URL, and URL for an icon (which is out
of date) and a RadioVis URL which has been redundant for aboput 2 years
(when did you save these URLs ?) . The plugin obtain "Now playing" info
from the OnAir service - all you have to is look at the URL in the
menu.opml file of ther BBCiPlayer plugin.
so I think for Radio three you should be using

The info will only be display if the Plugin setting are also setup to
display track info.
