Hi - just to mention that with all the help given in this forum I was not just able to fix the Tidal access issue but also to install the LMS8 Version on my Synology DiskStation. On four of my 5 SB players Tidal playback now is as good as it was before.
Last problem now is my BOOM. As I read in this thread the LMS8 Server version should be able to stream Tidal AAC-Files to the boom so that it can be played back there. Right now, the Boom will show the track to be played back, the seconds of the track are running down. However, the BOOM does not really play the track, it just produces short distorted noises at random. They usually last between 1-2 seconds and then the Boom gets quiet again for a while until the next short distorted noise. Is there something which needs to be activated within the LMS8 so that this is working?
