Did you get any answers back from Tidal? Or otherwise a workaround will be necessary?
Thanks for reminding me to ask them again. Unfortunately no, there's been no good response so far. At first they claimed our requests were not correct. But I fixed whatever they asked me to fix, and still I get the same results. After I sent them the exact requests we do and the responses we get I didn't hear back. I've sent them another mail.
