The "flc -flc transcode * "is used when resampling of a file is needed for example playing a 96kHz Flac file on a SB3. However after thinking some more - it seems it is not possible to disable "Flac native" and still get LMS to do a transcode and send Flac to the player. The only way to force transcoding to change compression level - would be to have a "difference" between source and player capbility - like sample rate, unfortunately "compression-level" is not recorded in metadata. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=112300 _______________________________________________ squeezenetwork mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezenetwork
