I now checked in all changes to the "squid-ipv6" branch, and I'm waiting for discussion. :-)
Have you also set up the project page? (easier to inspect the branch that way)
Now I have (but the change has not yet been distributed to http://devel.squid-cache.org/projects.html , but I expect this to be just a matter of time :-)).
