Hmm. I debugged my way through that script and fixed a few things after I
last posted. I think I have it working now. The last commit should have
included my changes to make it create the tag and use the tag properly.

The script should not create the tag I think, it's something which
should be done before the script is run..

My checkout on squid-cache.org about 18 hours ago worked, built the tag
and release files. If you still can't see any tags in the bzr repository
from your side, that might be a sign of a larger problem.

Still no tag in the bzr repository on squid-cache.org.. only
SQUID_3_0_STABLE1 and SQUID_3_0_STABLE2..

That is really weird. I have a local cbranch+bind of SQUID_3_0 in my account folder for the release prep and bootstrap. Thats where I added the tag and have committed since adding the STABLE3 one. I don't see any STABLE1 or STABLE2 tags, but I can see my new STABLE3 and STABLE4 tags. >:-(

I'm just in holding pattern waiting for the mirror updates (24 hours
enough?), before I send the formal release announcement.

What about the bug reports about compile failures?

I only saw 2288 because it was mentioned in squid-users. Has my subscribe to the bugzilla notify list gone astray again? I was getting it for a few days, then nothing.
