IPcache Entries: 920

Hello,

I'm using squid 2.0 PATCH2 and I don't know why the IPcache Entries stops
growing and still at 920 entries.
Can anyone help me to understand what it happening ?

Is there any problem with these configuration options of squid.conf :
cache_dir /usr/local/squid/cache 4000 16 256
refresh_patern . 0 20% 17280
reference_age 2 days
