I am just starting to get an understanding of how squidGuard works. I got the base install working find now. Yet I want to learn how to update it. So I downloaded the lastest blacklist. I have a few questions:
1.) Do I need to apply the diffs? For example there is a domains file within the porn directory along with many diff files. 2.) I looked over the configuration documents about updating. I am confused about the updating via diffs. I did the "squidGuard -u" and the program did not update the respective .db files. Can someone send me a few lines of examples for updating? Stephen
