Check /var/log/maillog or whatever your mail log is for hints.

If you are getting mail delivered, then your MySQL stuff is probably
about right, but you need to make sure it is in synch with the Courier
quirks.  Did you use any of the how-to's for doing this (found on the
postfix site)?  Have you asked on the Courier mailing list?

One of the most important things is that your maildir entries in MySQL
should always have a trailing slash at the end or Courier will complain.
And of course, you should double check all the mysql settings in
authmysqlrc and that authdaemonrc has "authmysql" in its authmodulelist
(mine has nothing else).

You might also try logging in with another mail client or just on the
command line, typing your own IMAP commands.
