Actually, in general I dont use subscription to folders , there is just an assumption that everything in ~/mail/ is a folder... The reason for this is that I am in an environment where people like to use both imap and shell-based mail clients, and those clients will create mail folders in ~/mail/ but not add them to the subscription list.
so it sure would be nice to have an option which could be toggled in SM like mozilla does: "show only subscribed folders" If I could set this to false by default in my environment, it would be sweet...

UW imap server.
In the folderlist, where there are sub-folders, the top folder doesnt display.
e.g.: I have an "email" dirctory/folder which contains the sub-folders sendmail, spam and squirrelmail I see:
(partial list)
INBOX Drafts ... trash dns sendmail spam squirrelmail food
Instead of:
INBOX
Drafts
...
trash
dns
sendmail
spam
squirrelmail
food
In addition, it always displays as indented, even if I request a different format in preferences.
I searched the squirrelmail wiki on UW imap, but didnt find anything related. ideas?
