Then your IMAP server is probably at fault.  Courier can be fussy about
this kind of stuff... check the actual maildirs and look for the
maildirsize file for one.  Is it there?  You should also check that you
are specifying your quotas correctly (there is little documentation
about it, but if the syntax is not exact, it just won't work; no error
messages, no nothing), such as "4000000S300C". If these are correct, you
can try running the quota command directly from the command line to see
if Courier is returning what you'd expect.  I can dig up the command
syntax, but I suspect your problem is before it gets to this point.
