This is the strangest thing.  If I use SquirrelMail to send
an email to my mother, I get it returned saying

Spamhaus apparently has powweb (my ISP) black listed.  Oddly enough, if I
use powweb's web mail (which is not so great) everything works fine.

Any suggestions?
