This isn't SquirrelMail related... this looks like the host you are
running SM from has been black listed. This could be because of the
host being a dynamic address, or in a dynamic pool (cable/dsl/dialup
connections for example). Chances are the main hosts for powweb
wouldn't be black listed as they are likely to have a different block
for their servers.
