Check your logs. Turn on PHP error display or use Debugger plugin. Post more information ala
Which logs do you mean? I have also installed the debugger plugin, but am not getting to know how to use it. I don't know php at all. Do you want to see bincimap logs? Apache error.log shows nothing unusual. Now when I send a message which has a mail filter rule attached, I get that message in Inbox, Inbox/temp 3-4 times.
apache logs, IMAP logs, anything related to the delivery of that message.
FWIW, you should look into *any* other filtering tool beside the one that comes with SM -- you want *server* side.
