Jonathan,

Thanks for the help. I had tried that as well. The problem started out of
the blue about a week ago without any configuration changes. Late last
night I broke down and upgraded courier-imap and that immediately resolved
the issue. I'm still not 100% sure what the issue was so I'm gonna pass it
off as a hiccup. Thank you for the help though.
