I have lurked on this list for well over a year and have watched Sam become
more terse (understandably) as the same questions with well documented
answers are asked again and again. Watch this list for a month and count how
many times someone asks about virtual templates or mail filtering (all are
well documented). Step in his shoes for a minute and you might understand.
