Hello,

if you are on centos, maybe you can give the pre-build packages on 
rpm.kamailio.org a try. This will make your life a bit easier, as you can use 
the standard system/service management tools. This repository can be added as a 
package source in CentOS.

memory while kamailio is already running.
I tried to do "start -M 16 -m 1024"

Or the correct way is to restart with  kamctl  start -M 16 -m 1024 (not 
reflecting in ps -ef  though)
