Enable SSH in various XWindow Managers

I've figured out how to incorporate SSH 1/2 within CDE (Solaris).
I searched the archives but couldn't find the info on incorporating
SSH within various XWindow Managers, such as GNOME, KDE,
WindowMaker, AfterStep, etc.

If anyone can provide me with the steps necessary I'd appreciate it.
I'm mainly interested in GNOME and KDE, since I use Linux most
of the time for my workstation use.  The other XWindow managers
I use as well, but not as often.
