Most people will actually answer on the list if there is an answer, even
if it means they have to adjust stuff manually. It would be possible to
set the list bot to set the Reply-To: automatically, however.

The commercial advertisements that sometimes appear are NOT a part of
the expected traffic of the list. The list administrator could restrict
posting to the list so only registered members would be allowed, as is
done on, for example, the EuroCAUCE list, but for some reason that is
currently not the case.
As a result of the no restriction policy, spam sometimes makes its way
to the list. Because the spam headers are incomplete, the mailing list
auto-generates the missing fields.
Treat them as you would any other spam. But please don't direct your
complaints at the ssh list owners or Clinet administration, because they
are not involved.
