I know we can often just copy [email protected] to get some
patches back-ported, but because there's been a lot of activity
on ceph-related code it's not always straightforward to port
things.

I have a series of commits--pretty much all of them bug fixes
this time--against 3.7.1, and another against 3.6.11, each of
which is 28 patches long. I also have a series against 3.4.24
that is 37 patches long.

I can post them to the mailing list if you like, but before
doing so I thought I'd offer them this way:

    Repository: [email protected]:ceph/ceph-client.git
    Branches:
        linux-3.7.1-ceph
        linux-3.6.11-ceph
        linux-3.4.24-ceph

I skipped 3.5 because I knew it was EOL. I see 3.6 is now
marked EOL; should we stop supplying patches for that release?

Let me know if you'd prefer I post these individually for
review. Thanks.

                                        -Alex
