At least Microsoft Lync and *I think* SIP (though I can't find a
reference right now) use 'tls' for the Protocol value as well. Also RFC
2782 does not define values for it, leaving it to be any 'defined name'
turns out I was wrong about Lync which uses
_sipfederationtls._tcp
to achieve this.
