I have several partitions but only need three. One is my regular OS9.1, another partition has a small OS 9.1 and Norton, Disk Warrior, and DFA on it. Disk Warrior cannot be on the startup disk, sometimes it is good for Norton too. I could staart from the CDs but having the disk available is very convenient. One other partition is a HFS (not+) disk with OS7.6.1 and Virtual PC. I need it occasionally and do not want to upgrade. Also some older programs like older OSs. I have one other partition with OS 8.1 on it but rarely use it. The HD is 60 GB not 50GB as stated earlier. Lots more space than I need right now but I may fill it up with disk images to make things faster. I currently have Delorme as a disk image and it is a lot faster than using the CD.
