Sounds like it just lost the connection. The internet does that now and then. If you're looking for a new browser, you might try heading over to http://www.mozilla.org . It's what Netscape is made of, but streamlined a bit and updated more often. I've been using 1.0 on my PC and my Quadra for awhile now, and liking it very well.
