I have the same machine as yours, and put the following card in: http://www.asante.com/products/adapters/696/index.html
It's been working flawlessly since last September. It was very easy to install in the PCI slot, and the SW drivers are on the enclosed CD, you just have to manually go into one of the folders to activate the installer program.
Actually, my setup is a little different in that my machine is running OS 9.1, and is the 3000/160. Although not sure, I think I have 64 MB of RAM.
