I enquiried into using that pootle installation, but was told i needs
someone from CYI to syn languages.

Can someone create some languages for me on that pootle server?

the purpose of the lolcat one (as in my earlier post) is as a language
for developers to use from time to time to test that their code change
didn't break translations.. It alerts devs to the fact that their
patch means every translator has to add a new string for every
languges.
