Yes, you can still push .po file updates directly through git (or via an
intermediary like Transifex); TranslateWiki will be regularly updating
from our git master.
I've added some notes about round-tripping offline .po edits through
TranslateWiki directly as well; at the moment the upload import's a
little flaky so you'll need to send them in for semi-manual merge, but
that should improve soonish:
