have you in any way changed the STFax executable? I crunched it once with
Imploder, and after that it wouldn't patch. Basically, the patch upgrade
system needs the exact same file as the previous patch creates. If you
change it in any way (eg run patchfor020 on it, or imploder ot powerpacker)
then the new patch will NOT work!

If you have patched it in any way (or even if you haven't) you will have to
reinstall from floppy, and then perform all of the upgrades in turn. I know
they're on a magazine cover CD somewhere, but I'm not sure where. :)
Failing that you can download them all and install them all in turn. That
way you will get the latest executable each time that the next installation
routine expects.

Hope this helps (and don't blame Chris ... I don't think he wrote it, and
it works for me and many others!!!) ...
