Dear Ann,
You should check with suppliers of tools for stained glass
manufacturing. There are several who produce a saw called
a "ring saw" which accomplishes something like this. There
are also some laboratory supply firms that make diamond wire
saws but these tend to be extremely fine for delicate work.
