Yes That is correct. I was confused that there is not a Msec endpoint to go from Client-> BS on the php side. Shouldn't there be?

I captured the messages and saw .NET version is using WS-Trust between Client-> BS and BS -> OPS. Is it only between .NET or same messages are sent to PHP/Java as well? If same message is used for PHP/Java, then it will not work because this functionality is not yet implemented in PHP/Java. Also I saw in the bootstrap policy, it is using SslContextToken, which is not supported by Rampart, hence we might have to find a common mechanism.
