Hi Shankar, 
I am just flagging an possible issue. I do not think anything needs to be fixed 
in M1 or M2 with regards to WS* security
Right now in Test: we have dotnet-Trade->dotnet-BSL->Php-OPS using msec with 
the existing tokens.

I am not clear here. Are you suggesting to fix it in M2? In that case, can
we configure .net so that .NET -> WSAS/PHP  will be without security? If so,
then we can leave it now and modify it for M2.
