I think an important distinction to make in interoperability issues like this: It will be impossible to tie code fixes in the underlying frameworks (WCF/WSAS/Metro/etc.) to Stonehenge milestones. For most interoperability issues hopefully there is a way to get things to work by tweaking the right knobs in the config options. As long as a scenario can be gotten to work, even if it's a bit tricky, at least we can capture the config settings that made it work, which is I think one of the highest value products of this whole effort. When we identify bugs or areas where the underlying frameworks just can't be made to work together, we can take that data back to the respective framework dev teams and hope they get fixed, but in that case those scenarios should never be a blocking requirement on a Stonehenge release.

In that case, can we configure .net so that .NET -> WSAS/PHP will be without security? If so, then we can leave it now and modify it for M2.
