Kent What is the "nextbest thing"? I tried to google for it but didn't find anything security related.
Regarding the IP. Google's Safe Browsing diagnostics always display reports for IP addresses with 0 in the last byte even if the requested IP has another number in the last octet (this applies to any IP address). I'm sure they have a good reason to do so, but it is not clear to me. Hope, Oliver will be able to clarify this issue.
