Ok this looks interesting. Here's my take on it for what it worth... Presumably the 'iScsi log' is from the "Overland REO 9000" target device. The key line seems to be 'ERROR:Bad "Opcode": Got 0 expected 5.', which is quickly followed by a logout and a re-login.
I would guess that the opcode 5 it was expecting to receive from the solaris initiator was an "iscsi data out", which would occur when the initiator was writing to the target. In that case, the opcode 0 it did receive was presumably a "Nop out". The part of the log you posted shows this happening three times, at 15 to 18 second intervals. It would be interesting to see a capture with snoop or Ethereal. Maybe you could upload a trace to a webserver, and post a download link. You would need to take the capture while this sort of activity was being logged.
