This snoop trace does not help, as it just shows the TCP headers.  What is 
needed is to see what is in the TCP data segments.  It's in the TCP data that 
you are able to see the iScsi OpCodes layer, followed by the SCSI payload.

I think you need something like 'snoop -o {filename}' to write the captured 
packets to a file, and then attach that file when you post to this forum.

I think Ethereal or WireShark can decode a snoop capture file. That will  show 
what is happeing, in detail, at the iScsi conversation layer and then it should 
be possible to see what's going wrong.
