Hello,

After some digging around i found an article about adding -T to the
newfs command. So i tried with: newfs -v -T /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s0
And voila, my 40Gb disk now have a new filesystem within 4min, the same command
took me 13hours last night. No errors on my iSCSI Unit what so ever.
Is there a setting somewhere that i should apply in a iscsi.conf file?

According to the man pages my new inode size is 1048576 instead of the
default 8192. Does anyone know what this means. When i try to create an
empty file using a small C-script i once again receive lot's and lot's of
errors.

Running an empty newfs command with -Nv shows this:

/]# newfs -Nv /dev/rdsk/c6t1d0s6
