I never seen any problems with this board and nobody has reported
any problem with this board. So we need to find out what is going on
in your machine. First we want to boot with the debugger, to
do that go to /boot/grub and add -k to the following line in
menu.lst file:
kernel$ /platform/i86pc/kernel/$ISADIR/unix -k
Reboot your system. Now when the system hangs
drop into debugger by pressing F1 A.
Now type $<threadlist and send me the output.
By the way if you can setup a remote console
I can take a look at your system to see what
is going. But I know this may not be practical.
