Hi Robert,
Unfortunately I don't have visibility of when LSI's
driver might become avilable in OpenSolaris. I also
do not know whether there are plans to backport that
driver to a Solaris 10 update release.

In the meantime, David's mfi driver should get you
through. It's well written (he also wrote the OpenBSD
mfi) and he's very responsive if you have questions
or driver behaviour which you would like analysed.


I've cc'd Patrick and Garrett who are a little closer
to the LSI MegaRAID action than I am and I hope they'll
be able to shed more light on the matter.
