Hi Eric There are still some bugs in the Solaris iscsi target, so you may have hit one of them.
First off, can you just confirm which version you are running of the Microsoft iscsi Initiator? And is the iscsi target on Solaris 10 update ?? or a build of Solaris Express Nevada? Can you check the target log file on the Solaris box to see if it is core dumping and restarting. Look in: /var/svc/log/system-iscsitgt\:default.log If it is core dumping, you may want to use the setting I mentioned recently here: http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/storage-discuss/2008-January/004418.html I gave some tips on how you may be able to trace things from the Microsoft Initiator side, here: http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/storage-discuss/2007-April/002607.html and here: http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/storage-discuss/2007-April/002621.html Regards Nigel Smith This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ storage-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/storage-discuss
