I find the idea of migration tool very interesting and give it +1.
I'd like to ask a couple of questions:

1. You've mentioned "Monarch system" a couple of times.
What is it ? Is it a codename for that DMM ?

2. In your proposal you requested project page. What about the
source code ? Is it your intention to have a community-visible
project source gate ? I am asking because there are many
projects under the OpenSolaris umbrella, that only have
[minimal] project page, leaving community over board.
