I changed /etc/iscsi/target_config.xml so it reads:
<config version='1.0'>
0x0ffff
</config>
and restarted the service - and re-attemtped a boot via iscsi and no there is
no file /tmp/target_log present - the system-iscsitgt\:default.log log verifies
the service restart.
