So I just did a fresh install of b96 then installed the new driver. I followed the instructions in the README and changed target_enable to 1 to enable all ports. I have dual-2gb HBA, I'm just using one port right now to the initator, point-to-point, no switch. I then followed these instructions to set up the FC target:
http://developers.sun.com/openstorage/articles/opensolaris_storage_server.html#4 Everything went well with that and I added both WWNs to "mygroup". But the initiator (Mac OSX) couldn't see the LUN. I then looked in the emlx.conf and it said I HAD to add an additional line to force attach the driver for COMSTAR. So I added it and rebooted. After that my initiator didn't even show a link anymore, and the Solaris dmesg gave me some error regarding fp.conf. I'm not using multipathing, so do I need to change something in there as well, and are there any other steps I'm missing? Thanks!
