Correct.

As per RFC 3720 http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3720.txt, during the procesing of "12. Login/Text Operational Text Keys", the software is incorrectly making the assumption that at the time it parses "12.4. TargetName", that it has already parsed "12.5. InitiatorName", and thus invokes code to validate the Initiator / Target connection parameters, yet the Initiator name may sometimes be NULL. This is CR: 6802995, and appears to only happen with the OSX GlobalSAN, and only some of the time.

The parsing code will be changed to wait until both the TargetName & InitiatorName have been parsed, regardless of parsing order, before connection parameters are first validated.
