Hi all, we're looking at building a storage box capable of running Solaris 10 x86 or OpenSolaris.
We've used systems from Silicon Mechanics before, and they work well, but found that Solaris didn't support the 3Ware cards included in them -- at least not out of the box. Anyone have any recommendations? We're not really looking to build one ourselves. Silicon Mechanics does have LSI SATA RAID cards as well but I haven't found their exact model on the HCL list.
