Thank you all for reply! Switch has also OpenFabric option, but symptoms were the same. HP FC switches are AFAIK rebranded Brocade.
Yesterday I tried with another Emulex FC card (same type) on different computer and everything works now so it seems it was HW problem of some-kind.
