        Hello,
I was hoping someone knew if PMP support in B125+ was removed. I am
successfully using SIL3124/SIL3726 in B122-B124 but anything
        higher I
        get disconnected failed in cfgadm.

I also tried running cfgadm -x sata_reset_port and I get:
        / hardware driver ioctl/ failed

I'm confused about why you believe that port multiplier support
    was removed.

To the best of my knowledge, nobody has considered removing any
    support for port multipliers.

Have you considered the possibilities that
    (1) your hardware might not be behaving properly, or
    (2) there could be a bug in the support

When I look at the changelogs for builds 12[0-9] and
later, I see these changes relating to port multipliers:

snv_122:PSARC/2009/394 SATA Framework Port Multiplier Support
snv_122:6422924 sata framework has to support port multipliers
snv_122:6691950 ahci driver needs to support SIL3726/4726 SATA port multiplier
snv_124:6875025 AHCI port multiplier support cause regression of AMD/ATI SB600/700 support

snv_129:6901892 Cannot recognize port multiplier disks after "cfgadm connect" them

http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6901892
6901892 Cannot recognize port multiplier disks after "cfgadm connect" them

http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6881565
6881565 sata hba interfaces need to keep backward compatibility

This second CR was integrated into build 125.

Please try a more recent build (the currently-available 134
would be a good one) and see whether that works for you better
than 125 does.
