Hi, The QLE2360 is simply an ISP2322 asic on a PCIe bus vs a PCIx bus. This modal is not on the HCL which means support is not available. If you have a loaded adapter firmware version reported and you are able to see FC LUs you have addressed the device PCI recognition issue and its working fine at this point.
The issue here is not the QLE2360, its the DS14mk2-FC module. This module has proprietary management SCSI-3 commands which are probably causing the observed extreme delays. I have experienced this behavior with certain IBM disk trays as well. I am not aware of a workaround using the sd.conf elements. The only other way to address this issue is to correctly handle the custom SCSI responses as required at the code level which is not a OpenSolaris driver issue.
