Same problem here! I'm using ZFS Version 10 on a X4500 with Solaris 10 5/08 as backup device for VMs from an VMware-ESX server via NFS.
Details from the first occurence one year ago: http://www.mail-archive.com/zfs-discuss@opensolaris.org/msg35586.html After copying the data and deleten the full ZFS it filled up again. pfiles does not show any unusual large numbers of open files on the NFS processes.
