Just want to remind the folks at Storm about a problem I had after using
apt-get dist-upgrade to upgrde my rain version to hail. I mentioned this
during the beta test and still have not had an answer. I'm getting a little
frustrated here people.
I'm sure one of you folks there have seen the authority issues I've run into
and posted to this list a few times. I would like to avoid having to
reinstall Storm just to fix these two tools.
I've tried all kinds of things to fix it, but none of them seem to work.
I've killed my .Xauthority and .ICEauthority files. I've killed my .sas
directory, but these tools refuse to run as a user or Root (except that SPM
does indeed run as root, but not SAS, I can't load any modules at all).
some help here would be greatly appreciated.
