Not in the February 2001 edition of Linux Journal either.

Incidentally, they might be seeking shelter from creditors simply to get
themselves in better financial position for coming out of bankruptcy. This is
not uncommon and was used successfully by Continental Airlines.
Unfortunately, bankruptcy is not my area of the law, so I can't be more
forthcoming.
