Read carefully my previous message.Do not use phdisk.exe It will kill
all
partitions and create it's own.The file option works only on a FAT
partition,
maybe NTFS.That said there are  quite a few versions of phdisk
around and every vendor has it's own.Also if you want to suspend linux
there
is some other utilllity you have to run depending on the laptop
type.Here pretty much ends waht I know about Linux and suspend mode(my
Umax will suspend and come back just fine driven by BIOS).
 Laptops are all weird designed and really everybody is reinventing the
wheel
 and has it's own proprietary way of putting things together.
